How does Sixty Kitchen work?Sixty Kitchen is a premium Chinese at-home dining concept that delivers restaurant-quality food directly to your door. Simply download the Sixty Kitchen app from the App Store or Google Play, select your preferred time slot, and place your order through the app.

What's on the menu at Sixty Kitchen?Sixty Kitchen offers 2 monthly set menus – regular and plant-based. Both menu’s include two starters, two mains, and two sides. The menu consists of a mixture of classic Chinese dishes and authentic creations, showcasing the skills and innovation of our chefs. Please note that the menu changes monthly to provide a variety of culinary experiences so we do not offer dish substitutions.

Is there a vegetarian option?Yes, we offer a vegetarian (plant based) menu option for those with dietary preferences. You can enjoy a delightful selection of vegetarian dishes prepared with the exact same care and attention to quality.

Can I eat in at Sixty Kitchen?Our premises are just for our chefs to prepare all of the delicious food we send out with our drivers.

How many delivery slots are available per day?To ensure quality and attention to detail, we offer a limited number of 60 delivery slots per day. These slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the slots are full, no further deliveries will be available for that day.

When can I place my order?You can order a Sixty at any time on our app and delivery slots are available every half an hour from 5pm - 9pm every single day.

Where do I place my order?You can only order on the Sixty Kitchen app, you won’t find us anywhere else (not Deliveroo, Just Eat or Uber Eats). Our £60 price includes delivery, so no need to worry about hidden charges.

What is the latest time I can order a Sixty?We always advise pre-booking as once all 60 slots are gone, they're gone. However if you find yourself craving a last minute Sixty and luck is on your side, you'll need to get your order in before the clock strikes 7:30pm.

How do I book my delivery?You can pre-book your preferred time slot up to 180 days in advance through the Sixty Kitchen app. After downloading the app, simply select the date and time slot that works best for you.

Where does Sixty Kitchen deliver to?Right now, Sixty Kitchen only delivers in the L37 postcode area in Formby, Merseyside. However, make sure you’re following us on socials to keep up to date as we expand.

Can I order for two?Yes! We're happy to announce that you can now order for two people in the Sixty Kitchen app. However, we can only offer collection on orders for two at present.

Do you cater for allergies?Yes. Our app allows you to specify any allergies before checkout.

Do you offer kids meals?We don't offer specific kid’s meals, but our menus are designed to be enjoyed by the whole family.

Can I mix & match plant based and original menu?Currently, the best way to do this is to order 2 separate boxes - Original and Plant-based. You will be required to place 2 separate orders. Please note: the app will tell you that they will only be available for collection however if you place 2 orders for 2 separate boxes then you can email us or DM us on Instagram with both order numbers and we will schedule them for delivery within the chosen time slot.

How do I order for collection?If you're outside of the L37 postcode or just prefer to collect your order, here's how you can do it: Step 1. Change your address in the app by entering the following postcode 'L37 4DL'. Step 2. Select '23 Chapel Lane, Formby' - this is the address for Sixty Kitchen. Step 3. Continue to place your order. Please note: Orders for collection are ready at the start of your chosen time slot. E.g. Orders for 7:30pm-8:00pm will be ready at 7:30pm so knock at the door and have your order number ready.

How do I cancel or amend my order?We have no idea why anyone would want to cancel but yes you can cancel your order as long as it’s at least 24 hours before your delivery date. To cancel your order, simply use the app to cancel the order in question. To amend your order, follow the steps to cancel the order and place your order again for a more suitable time slot.

Can I pay cash?As we are a delivery only service, we have no facility to take cash. Our app accepts all credit or debit cards as well as Apple Pay & Google Pay.

I have downloaded the app but I can’t register because it is asking for a code and the code isn’t being sent to my email, what do I do?IT have told us this is something to do with Firewalls from certain WiFi providers… If you could try turning off your WiFi and using the mobile data on your device to join the app then hopefully you will receive the email. Oh, and also check your junk/spam folder. If the problem persists, please drop us an email to info@sixtykitchen.co.uk or message us on our socials @sixtykitchen
